On May 23, Bloomberg NEF (hereinafter referred to as BNEF) announced the global PV Module Manufacturers List for the second quarter of 2024. EGing PV continues to be shortlisted for this authoritative list in the new energy field with its efficient and stable products, reliable brand strength and strong financing capabilities.
Starting from the first quarter of 2024, BNEF’s selection criteria for global projects of PV manufacturers has become more stringent. That is, the relevant companies selected for TIER 1 must have provided their own brand and self-produced modules for at least 6 power station projects with a single project capacity of more than 5MW in the past 2 years. At the same time, these projects must also obtain 6 Non-recourse financing from different commercial banks. The adjustment of the selection conditions has significantly raised the threshold for Tier 1. Therefore, the Tier 1 list of manufacturers in the first quarter of this year has been significantly reduced. More than 40% of component manufacturers failed to be selected. Only more than 20 entered the rankings, and EGing PV is one of them.
Currently, many photovoltaic companies around the world are facing more severe tests. Against this background, EGing PV has continued to successfully rank on the list with its outstanding performance. This is not only an honor, but also the best proof of EGing PV’s all-round comprehensive strength in the photovoltaic field.
BNEF is a highly recognized industry research organization in the energy field, focusing on providing data information and third-party independent services to professionals. The Tier 1 photovoltaic module manufacturer grading system developed by it is often used as a fair, objective and highly credible reference for industry analysis, and is widely recognized as an important basis for judging investment in global photovoltaic projects.
EGing PV was established in 2003. Its main business is the research and development, production and sales of high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells and modules. It has a total annual production capacity of more than 25GW of solar cells and module products. The company also has successful experience in the construction and operation of photovoltaic power stations. At present, EGing PV has deployed in six major regions of the world: North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, and continues to provide solar products, technical support and solutions to 52 countries and regions around the world.
EGing PV will continue to operate steadily and actively meet the opportunities and challenges in the photovoltaic industry. We are willing to work with all parties to accelerate the transformation of the energy structure, create new low-carbon and green business formats, and contribute to building a clean and beautiful world!
